Enquiries. When you contact us through the website form, by email or by WhatsApp, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, work email address, the topic of your enquiry and your message. We use this to respond to you and, where the conversation continues, to prepare a proposal or agreement. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use these to identify visitors.
Cookies. This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or tracking scripts.
Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a standard request (including your IP address) to Google's servers when a page loads.
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share enquiry details with third parties except the service providers who run our infrastructure — website and email hosting — and where the law requires disclosure. Client work is confidential by default.
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Where an enquiry becomes an engagement, records are kept in line with our contractual and legal obligations.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; ask us to restrict or object to processing; and ask for data portability where applicable. Email info@spadvis.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
